casinu Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "casinu" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at casinu.vip, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses a casinu account.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the casinu platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a casinu wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a casinu account by casinu as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by casinu prior to enabling full account functionality.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "GCash" / "PayMaya" refers to Philippine e-wallet services accepted as payment methods on the casinu platform.

By accessing or using the casinu platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing — you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on casinu.vip, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all casinu services, including but not limited to: live dealer games, slots, Bingo, Kalaka Bingo, Lucky Dice, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and customer support interactions.

If you are accessing casinu on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you do so both on your own behalf and on behalf of that person.

To register and maintain a casinu account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. casinu strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine law. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. casinu reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) casinu account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casinu login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. casinu will never ask you for your password via any channel.

You must not share your casinu account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. casinu shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify casinu immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. casinu may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

casinu employs 256-bit SSL encryption, SMS OTP two-factor authentication, and automatic session expiry to protect player accounts. However, no security system is infallible, and casinu does not warrant that the platform is entirely free from security vulnerabilities.

casinu accepts deposits via the following payment methods only:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. casinu reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. casinu reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.

All transactions on casinu are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

• Your casinu account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your casinu account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• casinu targets withdrawal processing within 10 to 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• casinu reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your balance upon withdrawal request.

casinu reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, casinu will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

casinu offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. casinu reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, Bingo, and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds are exhausted, unless otherwise stated.
• casinu reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the casinu bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

All games available on the casinu platform — including slots, live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Kalaka Bingo, Lucky Dice, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

casinu uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favour of casinu or any player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, casinu's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of that round. casinu shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

casinu reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. Players will be notified of any such voiding and any affected real-money stakes will be returned to the player's casinu wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the casinu platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one casinu account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with casinu games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casinu game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in casinu games or systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the casinu platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with casinu software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing casinu staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing casinu from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your casinu account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the casinu platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any casinu content without prior written authorisation from casinu.

Any unauthorised use of casinu intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, casinu's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the casinu platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your casinu account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

casinu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the casinu platform, even if casinu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

casinu does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. casinu shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures (including payment processor outages).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude casinu's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

casinu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a casinu account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

casinu complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. casinu may share your data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with legal obligations.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by casinu, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact casinu's support team.

casinu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, casinu will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the casinu platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using casinu and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and casinu, you are encouraged to contact casinu's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. casinu will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with its regulatory framework.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent casinu from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
